Who we are
West Lancashire Spurs is a volunteer-run supporters' club. For data protection purposes the club committee is the data controller. Contact us at hello@westlancsspurs.co.uk.
What we collect
Membership applications, travel bookings and contact form submissions. This typically includes your name, email address, telephone number, home town and any information you choose to give us, plus a date of birth for junior members only.
How we use it
To administer membership, organise travel and events, allocate tickets through the official supporters' club scheme, and to send club communications where you have consented. We do not sell or trade personal data.
How long we keep it
Membership records are kept for the current season plus two seasons. Travel records are kept for twelve months. Enquiries are deleted once resolved.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, withdraw consent to communications or request deletion at any time by emailing hello@westlancsspurs.co.uk. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
